Do we Require insurance?

Yes. We require Special Event Insurance to cover the day of your event. It is easy to obtain the $1,000,000 of required minimum coverage online or from your homeowners insurance. The following companies are some of the best wedding insurance policies available:

Can alcohol be available at my event?

Yes. We strongly recommend the event hosts ensure guests have designated drivers as needed. Alcohol must not be available to anyone under legal age.

Are any discounts offered?

We do offer discounts and specials from time to time.  Currently we offer a 10% discount to Military, first responders, medical, and teachers.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

May we visit the Barn with family/vendors?

Yes. We allow up to three visits for family or for planning purposes, but please coordinate the appointments with us so that we can be ready for your visit.  

Can we take engagement photos at the barn?

Yes!  We love for our couples to come out for photos. Please just contact us to find a time.

Is the barn heated and air conditioned?

No. It is a former working tobacco barn that is quite comfortable for spring and fall events. The barn maintains its timeless charm so the temperature is determined by the weather that day. Fans and cooling units can be made available for an additional fee in the event of an unusually hot day, advance notice required.

Can the driveway/premises accommodate an RV or extra big vehicles?

Yes. We can accommodate an RV, bus, and long limos.

Any further restrictions?

The contract will detail all requirements & restrictions, which includes: * No open flames or smoking indoors * No fireworks * No glitter or confetti * Music must end by 2:00 am and guests exit by 2:30 am. * Catering staff must complete clean up by midnight

Cleaning:

$750.00 deposit to be held until the barn is back to its original cadence

Animals/Livestock on the Property:

Please do not feed or touch the livestock unless the owner says otherwise.  Please respect our atmosphere/surroundings.
